In 2025, MCC Therapeutics adopted a Code of Business Conduct and Ethics (the “Code of Conduct”), which is available below and also to any stockholder otherwise requesting a copy. All MCC Therapeutics employees, officers, and directors, including the Chief Executive Officer, are required to adhere to the Code of Conduct in discharging their work-related responsibilities. Employees are required to report any
conduct that they believe in good faith to be an actual or apparent violation of the Code of Conduct. Amendments to the Code of Conduct, and any waivers from the Code of Conduct granted to directors or executive officers, will also be made available through the Company as they are adopted.
